Immediate Medical was started in 2013 by Graydon Norton while working as a tactical medic for Vetus Schola Protection Services.
Graydon then took the company internationally and contracted to international clients supplying medics to specialised offshore projects.
In 2015 Immediate Medical’s Ambulance and Emergency department was started after an outcry for a professional, efficient and cost-effective service in the Helderberg Area.
This resulted in over 6000 patients treated and more than 8000 total cases by November 2017.
2017 saw the opening of the Paarl branch after a need for our service was required in the area.
The events department has grown immensely in 2017 and we now cover all evetns from small school sport days, to the Trans Agulhas boat race.

The system allows us to see our national footprint of service providers, emergency and transfer cases and delays in traffic thus allowing for a smooth and efficient dispatch in any emergency.
The centre is also linked to other services, such as Metro Western Cape to assist and request additional services and resources.
